Exclusive 10 Year warranty

When you purchase our Deluxe Delivery Service, each and every piece of furniture that leaves our warehouse is prepared, assembled and inspected prior to delivery. In-home service at the original delivery address for local delivery areas is included for one year if you purchase our Deluxe Delivery Service. Any claims for damage must be reported at time of delivery; we will ask that you inspect and sign for all items in good condition at delivery.

Items that are picked up at our warehouse will be in the manufacturer’s packaging and may not be assembled. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of pick up; we are not responsible for damage to products that may occur during transit. Items picked up at our warehouse must be returned to our warehouse for service repair or replacement. We do not offer in-home service for items that were picked up by the customer. Warranties are not transferrable.

All warranties cover furniture for normal residential use. We reserve the right to inspect defective items and repair or replace at our discretion. Purchases include the manufacturer warranty or our one year warranty covering defects; whichever is longer. If you have a defect or warranty claim, you must return your purchase to our warehouse for repair or replacement. In home service is free for one year to customers in our regular delivery areas if you purchased our delivery service.

The warranty does not apply to any clearance products sold as is or final sale, including floor samples or display models.

Ordinary wear and tear, natural characteristics of product and fading are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty; these are considered normal and acceptable. For example, knots or variation in graining of wood, markings on rustic finishes, cushion softening, pilling and fabric or leather shading is normal and is to be expected.
